  • Kelgwo (kelg-wo) - meaning “traditional loom” in the native Chilean dialect. A striking black and gold palette brings a minimalist sophistication via the Kelgwo collection. Treko was founded to rescue the Chilean textile traditions. These artisans use 100% wool from 'Chilota' sheep, then dry and spin the wool into fine threads before hand weaving into unique patterns and textures, followed by natural dyes using leaves, barks, roots, branches or mineral elements.
